Our Code of Ethics defines the ethical principles and social responsibilities that guide us and all who are part of our organization, both internally and externally.
Whistleblowing
Our whistleblowing system allows employees and external collaborators to report unlawful or unethical conduct concerning the company, in full confidentiality and with assurance of protection against any form of retaliation.
Organization, Management and Control
Our Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 sets out the behavioral principles and protocols aimed at preventing crimes, as outlined in Articles 6 and 7 of the Decree.
