Valentina Crovetto
Graduated in Law at the University of Genoa, where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate law, Valentina Crovetto passed the bar exam to qualify as a lawyer in 2016. After some experiences in law firms dealing with civil and in-house practice areas, she has been working in the industrial property sector since 2017.
Her consulting activity is addressed to both Italian and foreign clients and includes the strategic analysis of trademark portfolios, the drafting of registrability opinions on prior art searches, the filing of trademarks and the management of opposition proceedings, cancellation and invalidity actions, and initiation and control of worldwide trademark surveillance.
Valentina Crovetto also manages the filing and protection of industrial designs and models at national, European, and international levels. In addition, she handles out-of-court activities such as drafting coexistence agreements, contracts, and cease-and-desist letters relating to industrial properties.
She is an authorised trademark attorney since January 2022.
