Luigi Boggio
Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1974, Luigi Boggio is registered with the Order of Industrial Property Consultants, since 1983 in the Patents section and since 1995 in the Trademarks section. He is accredited with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Patent Office (EPO) and can act as a representative for the filing of patent, trademark, and design applications before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Luigi is also a representative for European trademarks and designs before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Luigi has gained experience in protecting innovations in the following fields: automotive, aerospace, mechatronics, software, laser technologies, as well as electronic musical instruments and electromedical equipment for hemodialysis or electrocardiography. His activity also extends to the fields of design, trademarks, and copyright. As a former adjunct professor of the "Fundamentals of Industrial Property" course at the Polytechnic University of Turin, Luigi has conducted numerous advanced courses in Industrial Property for entrepreneurs at SDA Bocconi in Milan, as well as at numerous Italian Industrial Associations and Chambers of Commerce. He has extensive and consolidated experience in organizing and managing portfolios of patents, trademarks, designs, and models for high-tech companies.
