Graduated in Law at the University of Verona, in 2013 she has attended the Intellectual Property Rights Master at Peking University.
Francesca is experienced in availabilty searches and in drafting application reports, in italian and european trademark and design applications, in filing process management (replies to official actions / claims by third parties), in the maintenance of the titles and the relative surveillance.
Her consultancy includes the drafting of opinions, letters of formal notice concerning industrial property, coexistence agreements. She also follows issues concerning the protection of trademark rights abroad using the collaboration of local correspondents.
She is a Member of the INTA (International Trademark Association) and Member of the Association of Industrial Property Consultants.
