Benedetta Dolci

Benedetta Dolci holds a Law degree from the University of Bologna (2001) and a Master’s in Business Management from ISTAO – Istituto Adriano Olivetti. Since 2009, she has been a registered Trademark Attorney with the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute and is accredited before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).

Benedetta’s practice focuses on intellectual property, with particular expertise in the filing and prosecution of Italian, EU, international, and foreign trademarks; clearance searches; opposition proceedings at the Italian, European, and international level; drafting of legal opinions; extrajudicial enforcement in trademark and design matters; monitoring services; valuations; industrial designs and models; unfair competition; copyright; and contract drafting, including assignments and licensing agreements.

Benedetta’s field experience includes addressing counterfeiting issues in Asian and Far Eastern markets. She has held teaching positions in Master's programmes organized by Convey and in Business Management and Internationalization programmes (Fondazione Aristide Merloni, ISTAO, Informanager).

Benedetta contributes to the legal journal “Giurisprudenza delle Imprese (Business Case Law), preparing case law summaries on intellectual property rulings. She has also written articles on industrial property topics for the magazine “Tech Art Shoes” of the Tecniche Nuove Group).
