Antonio Nesti

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence in 1993, Antonio has been qualified as an Italian Industrial Property Consultant since 1996 and as a European Trademark and Design Attorney before the EUIPO. Since 2009, he has also been a European Patent Attorney authorized to act before the European Patent Office (EPO). In 2017, he obtained the EPLC certificate to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). 

Antonio has been working in the intellectual property field since 1993, serving as a consultant for several leading Italian firms. His work focuses on patent and trademark protection, with particular expertise in drafting and prosecuting patent applications and preparing technical opinions. He also has solid experience as a court-appointed and party-appointed technical expert before the Court of Florence.
