Luca Fiorentino
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 2005, since 2010 Luca has been registered with the Province of Milan Order of Engineers. He is qualified before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office, and can act as a consultant for patent applications and designs before the World Intellectual Property Organization, and as a consultant for European designs and models before the European Union Intellectual Property Office. In 2015, he obtained the "Patent Litigation in Europe" Diploma from the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg, enabling him to operate before the Unified Patent Court.
Luca's activity is primarily focused on mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, and thermodynamics. He is involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Italy and abroad, preparing opinions on validity and infringement, and handling opposition and appeal procedures at the European Patent Office. Luca also acts as an expert witness, and his work extends to design and copyright law as well.
