Alessandro Bruni

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brescia in 2009, Alessandro has been a member of the Order of Engineers of Verona and Province, since 2010. He is qualified as an Italian and European patent and design attorney with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), the European Patent Office (EPO), and the EUIPO. In 2023, he obtained the qualification of "European Patent Litigator" from the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

With extensive experience in managing patent and design portfolios, as well as in assessing and defining protection strategies, Alessandro Bruni represents and collaborates with both Italian and international clients across various technological sectors, including mechanics, electronics, and industrial automation.

His work includes drafting and prosecuting Italian, European, international PCT, and foreign patent applications in various countries around the world, including China and the United States. He conducts patent and design prior art searches, provides patentability, validity, interference, and Freedom to Operate (FTO) opinions. Additionally, he has considerable experience in drafting technical and legal opinions and participating in technical consultancy in precautionary and substantive proceedings related to patent litigation and design matters.
