Graduated in Law from the University of Turin in 2021, Marta has been registered with the Order of Industrial Property Consultants in the Trademarks section since January 2024 and is accredited with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).
Marta has gained valuable experience in conducting prior art searches and drafting registrability opinions, filing national, European Union, and international trademarks and design applications, as well as managing registration procedures (responses to official actions/third-party oppositions), and maintaining rights and related surveillance.
Marta's consultancy activities encompass drafting legal opinions, issuing cease and desist letters concerning industrial property, and negotiating coexistence agreements. Additionally, she handles issues related to defending trademark rights abroad, collaborating with local correspondents.
