Ferruccio Postiglione
Graduated in Electronical Engineering at the Federico II University in Naples, he has been active in the patent sector since 1997. His activities are concentrated, above all, on electronics, telecommunications, microelectronics and software. He deals with the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in Italy and abroad, the preparation of opinions relative to the validity and infringement, and opposition and appeal procedures before the EPO (European Patent Office); he works as Technical Expert ex parties in legal actions and as Technical Consultant at the Court of Milan. His activities also concern electro-mechanics, mechanics and designs and software copyright .
Ferruccio Postiglione is Italian Patent Agent and European Patent Attorney , and can act as representative for patent and design applications before the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) as well as before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
He teaches Industrial Property courses organised by Public Universities and Private Companieshe has published articles fortechnical magazines and collaborated to the publication of IP law books .
Ferruccio Postiglione received the Diploma “Patent Litigation in Europe” issued by the Centre d'Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg, which allows him to represent Clients before the to-be-established Unified Patent Court.
He is member of AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle).
