Daniela Lisandri
Graduated in Law at the University of Rome La Sapienza, she has been active in the field of Industrial Property Consulting since 2000.
Enrolled in the Register of Lawyers since 2008, she has gained extensive experience in the sector of trademark protection both in Italy and abroad, from the drafting of reports on potentially dangerous trademarks, to consultancy in trademark protection, up to the definition of strategies protection in the different Countries.
She deals with administrative obstacles in the European context referring to ex parte proceedings and inter-partes conflicts as for the management of litigation and disputes (notoces, cease and desist letters, letters of commitment, oppositions, invalidity and forfeiture actions, appeals, management of negotiations also through the institution of mediation, definition of coexistence agreements).
She assists clients in analyzing corporate situations and in preparing documentation for updating ownership of rights (trademarks, patents and models) with the competent administrations, providing support and advice on mergers and acquisitions,also internationally, and arranging drafting and/or reviewing assignment and license agreements.
