Chiara Pinnarò
Graduated in Genetics and Molecular Biology at Sapienza University of Rome, she holds a PhD from the same University. She completed her training with an LL.M. in Intellectual Property organized by the Turin University in collaboration with WIPO.
She is a qualified Patent Attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Patent Office (EPO). Before undertaking the activity of patent attorney, Chiara carried out several years of research in the biotechnological field at Sapienza University of Rome, in particular in the field of molecular biology and gene therapy.
Her activity and experiences are in the field of pharmaceutical and biotechnological patents. She assists clients in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in Italy and abroad. She also deals with prior art searches, drafting opinions on patentability and provides technical-legal support in judicial proceedings.
